Get Audit

I'm Jacob.

I build Naxium from Melbourne.

The story.

I started Naxium because I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners doing work their computers should be doing. Not because they couldn't afford to fix it, but because no one had sat down with them and actually mapped out the solution.

The trade product came first. I started building it because I was frustrated with how hard it was for tradies to see their cash position without an accountant. I learned a lot in the process: about what real users actually need, and about the difference between software that looks good in a demo and software that works at 6am on a job site.

Naxium Systems is the other arm, providing custom AI workflow automations for any SMB that's drowning in manual work. I build the workflows myself. I write the code. I do the handover call. It's a solo operation and I'm taking on a small number of first clients. That's a feature, not a limitation. You're talking to the person who builds and runs the thing.

The first few clients shape the product. If you work with Naxium now, you get my full attention and a system built around your actual problem, not a template.

What I believe about automation.

  • Most automation projects fail because they automate the wrong thing.
  • The right unit is the workflow, not the task.
  • Documentation is half the deliverable.
  • You should own everything we build. Full access, no lock-in.
  • If an automation isn't saving more time than it takes to maintain, it shouldn't exist.

What I'm building right now.

The trade product is coming soon. It's aimed at tradies who need clearer cash flow visibility, overdue tracking, and a simpler view of what matters day to day.

Naxium Systems is taking on its first clients. I'm looking for Australian SMBs with a clear operational problem and the will to actually fix it. Not tyre-kickers, not people who want a demo to show their board. People who want the work gone.

If any of that resonates, start a project below.
